Game Week 2 saw me score 53 points not too bad considering only nine of my players played.
The FPL Blog League is taking off now. There are 18 teams now and rising! Our current leader is MG Saddle Repairs with a super 129 points already thats good enough for 2,737th overall! Well done mate! You can join the league at any time code available here. I will mention the current leader every game week in the blog and hopefully some of the players will comment here and in the league forum.

Albert Luque Looked good in pre-season and scored a couple of goals. With the Arrival of Martins I expect him to get even less chances this year.
In
Louis Saha Has played some exceptional football this season so far and appears to have recaptured his form from his Fulham days. Definite player to watch if he stays fit.
Captain of the week
Louis Saha Same reason as above plus, Man Utd are playing Watford this weekend. Can the newly promoted sides defence cope with Saha’s pace and power?
Players to consider
Wayne Bridge Just as good a buy this week as last, another assist 3 bonus points, still only £4.7 million.
Other players to look at are
Bobby Zamora The leagues top scorer at the moment, full of confidence and looks likely to continue in that vein of form a bargin at £6.2million.
Kevin Doyle Practically stolen from Cork City 12 months ago for £50,000 the Republic of Ireland International has made remarkable progress under Steve Coppell. With a goal, an assist and 2 bonus points in his first two games is pretty good value at £6.5million.
Matt Taylor Pompey are playing him on the wing, had the best chance against Man City on Wednesday.
Obefami Martins Could be a gamble as he is only new to the premiership, but his pace will cause defenders problems this season.
Gamble of the Week
SEOL Reading bought the South Korean international from Wolves this summer and his game really seems to suit the premiership. If he continues his fine form so far he will be a good value player this season.
